What You'll Be Doing:

  • Support customers with empathy and accuracy.
  • Investigate account issues and content reports.
  • Advocate for community safety and product understanding.
  • Use data insights to improve user experience.

We're Looking For:

  • Fluency in Spanish and English.
  • Strong interpersonal & analytical skills.
  • A solutions-driven mindset and love for helping others.
  • Familiarity with digital platforms (training provided).

Relocation & Compensation: We support your smooth landing in beautiful Greece. For those relocating from another EU country:

  • 2 Weeks Hotel Accommodation.
  • Flight Ticket (within the EU).
  • Airport Pickup.
  • Real Estate Agency Fee Covered.
  • Salary: gross/month x 14 times per year.
  • Performance Bonus: Up to 10%.
  • WAH Info: If relocating, WAH location is Athens; if already in Greece, WAH from anywhere in the country.
