Are you a seasoned, high-performing Sales Development Representative with expert Swedish skills, seeking a top-tier
in-office
role? We are hiring one Swedish-speaking SDR to focus exclusively on developing opportunities within the large Enterprise segment for a major global technology provider's most complex cloud solutions. This is a high-impact, non-remote role focused on driving strategic, large-scale deals.

The Opportunity (1 Position Open):
You will be responsible for penetrating named Enterprise accounts, focusing on deeply complex and high-value cloud adoption projects. Success relies on your ability to map organizations, identify multiple stakeholders, and effectively communicate the long-term strategic value of the technology platform at the C-level. This role is strictly
in-office
to facilitate close collaboration with designated Enterprise Account Executives and Solution Architects.

What You Will Do:

  • Elite Prospecting: Execute highly customized, multi-touch prospecting strategies to secure initial engagement with senior leaders (VP, Director, C-level) in top-tier Enterprise accounts.
  • Value-Based Qualification: Conduct extremely detailed qualification, identifying critical business gaps and aligning platform solutions to executive-level strategic goals.
  • Sales Collaboration: Work in close partnership with in-office Enterprise Account Executives to develop target account lists and tailored messaging.
  • Market Insight: Maintain expert knowledge of the competitive landscape, industry trends, and complex financial models related to cloud adoption.
  • Performance: Consistently exceed top-tier metrics for opportunity generation and meeting quality.

What You Need to Succeed:

  • Language Fluency: Native or near-native proficiency in Swedish (C2) is mandatory.
  • Experience: 3+ years of demonstrable, high-achievement experience in Sales Development or B2B sales, specifically within the Enterprise or large account segment.
  • Technical Expertise: Advanced understanding of cloud economics, digital transformation concepts, and enterprise IT purchasing cycles.
  • Work Style: Exceptionally professional, strategic, and self-managed, with proven success in a demanding, metrics-driven office environment.
  • Work Arrangement: Must be comfortable and effective working full-time in a high-energy, in-office setting.
