What will you do?
Handle incoming calls, chats, and emails in Portuguese
Provide high-quality, efficient customer service
Follow company guidelines to offer accurate solutions
Collect and manage information to respond effectively
Ensure customer satisfaction and meet performance targets
Candidate profile
Proficiency in Portuguese and good command of English
Strong communication skills and professionalism
Confidence and commitment to customer satisfaction
Adaptability and attention to detail
Willingness to work in rotating/night shifts
Excellent active listening and advanced tech skills
