Your Role
As a
Customer Advisor
, you will:

  • Support Portuguese-speaking customers via chat, email, and phone
  • Provide accurate information, troubleshoot issues, and ensure excellent service quality
  • Collaborate with international teams and contribute to continuous improvement

What Were Looking For

  • Fluent Portuguese (C2) and good English (B1/B2 or higher)
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Motivation to work in a multicultural environment
  • Previous customer service experience is a plus, but not mandatory
