About the Role

Join a global leader in customer experience and support Portuguese-speaking clients through phone, email, and chat. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates wishing to relocate to Greece or already residing in the country. Multiple intakes available late 2025 and early 2026, offering job security and continuous onboarding.

What Youll Do

  • Provide customer support in Portuguese via chat, phone, and email

  • Handle queries, troubleshoot issues, and ensure customer satisfaction

  • Follow internal procedures and log all interactions in the system

  • Collaborate with internal teams to improve processes and customer experience
What Were Looking For

  • Portuguese native or C2

  • English B1/B2+ for internal communication

  • Good communication skills and customer-first attitude

  • Ability to work remotely from anywhere in Greece OR on-site in Athens

  • EU citizenship or valid EU work permit

Relocation Support (for EU Residents)

  • Flight ticket reimbursed
