About The Role
As a
Customer Advisor
, you will be the first point of contact for clients, providing support by phone, email, or chat. Youll handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a
positive experience
for every client.

Requirements

  • Native or fluent Portuguese (C2)
  • Good level of English (B2/C1) for internal communication
  • Strong communication skills & customer-oriented mindset
  • Ability to work in rotating shifts (MondaySunday, 2 days off per week)
