We are seeking a highly skilled 
Aerospace Engineer

to join our UAV development team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for translating system-level requirements into practical aircraft designs, ensuring aerodynamic efficiency, structural integrity, and performance optimization. Working closely with the avionics and systems engineering team.

Responsibilities

  1. Translate mission and customer requirements into conceptual and detailed UAV designs.
  2. Perform aerodynamic, structural, and propulsion system analysis to validate aircraft performance.
  3. Lead the design, integration, and optimization of airframes (fixed-wing, multirotor, or hybrid).
  4. Collaborate with avionics, propulsion, and payload teams to ensure seamless system integration.
  5. Develop CAD models, technical drawings, and documentation for prototypes and production.
  6. Conduct trade studies, simulations, and testing to support design decisions - CFD and more
  7. Support ground and flight testing campaigns, analyze data, and implement improvements.
  8. Work with manufacturing partners and internal teams to support production readiness.
  9. Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies in UAVs, materials, and aerospace engineering.

Qualifications

  1. Bachelor's or Master's degree in 
    Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering
    , or related field.
  2. Proven experience in 
    aircraft/UAV design, development, and testing
     (academic or professional).
  3. Strong knowledge of 
    aerodynamics, propulsion systems, and structural analysis
    .
  4. Proficiency with 
    CAD/CAE tools
     (e.g., SolidWorks, Fusion360, NX, ANSYS, or equivalent).
  5. Familiarity with 
    CFD and FEA simulations
     for performance and structural validation.
  6. Proficient in English
