We're partnering with an
international leader in Audit & IT Services
to find an
L2 IT Ops Support Specialist
to join their growing IT operations team.

This is a great opportunity for professionals with a solid technical background and
2+ years of relevant IT support experience
who want to grow in a hands-on, fast-paced environment and be part of global-scale projects.

A Day in the Life

  • Provide
    2nd-level IT support
    : resolve incidents, handle service requests, and track bugs.
  • Proactively
    monitor IT systems and services
    to ensure performance and availability.
  • Collaborate with senior team members to improve IT operations and resolve recurring issues.
  • Document operational procedures and contribute to the internal knowledge base.
  • Participate in
    root cause analysis
    and propose preventive measures.

What You Bring

  • Bachelor's degree in
    Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
    .
  • 2+ years of hands-on experience
    in IT support, monitoring, or service desk roles.
  • Solid understanding of
    IT infrastructure, service management, and monitoring tools
    .
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset.
  • Good communication skills in English (both written and verbal).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.

Nice-to-Have Skills

  • Familiarity with
    ITSM tools
    (e.g., Jira Service Management).
  • Experience with
    monitoring tools
    (e.g., Zabbix, Nagios, Prometheus).
  • Basic scripting or automation skills (e.g., PowerShell, Bash).
  • Understanding of
    ITIL principles
    or relevant certifications.
  • Previous experience in IT operations or support environments.
