De baan:

Werken in de klantenservice betekent dat je het eerste contactpunt bent tussen de Nederlandse klanten en Netflix. Je representeert Netflix als bedrijf en voorziet klanten van professionele technische ondersteuning met welke vraag ze dan ook hebben: van betalingsproblemen, het lanceren van nieuwe series, vergeten wachtwoorden, foutmeldingen en het delen van accounts. Hiervoor zoeken we een probleemoplosser met een positieve instelling. Je zult de benodigde training krijgen voordat je begint met het helpen van klanten

Je dagelijkse werk bestaat uit taken als:

  • Het voorzien van support naar onze klanten met allerlei problemen, via telefoon en e-mail
  • Het geven van kloppende en complete informatie door de juiste procedures te volgen
  • Het opbouwen van een waardevolle relatie, antwoorden van de vragen van de klant op een behulpzame, vriendelijke en professionele manier
  • Het voldoen aan en overstijgen van onze klantenservice kwaliteitsdoelen, nalevingsvoorschriften en productiviteitstargets
  • Het creëren van een geweldige klantervaringen, waar mensen blij mee zijn en waar wij trots op zijn
  • Het verantwoordelijk zijn voor het volgen van de ingeslagen richting door het management en het geven van feedback hierop

Jouw kwalificaties:

Je spreekt en schrijft Nederlands op moedertaalniveau en bent vloeiend in het Engels (B2).

Ervaring in de klantenservice is een plus, maar geen must. 

Je hebt een basisbegrip en -niveau van computers. Uitstekende multitasker.

Leergierig, nieuwsgierig en een probleemoplosser

Communicatief sterk met uitstekende vaardigheden in bellen en aandachtig luisteren. Je kunt goede interpersoonlijke relaties opbouwen.
