We are looking for a skilled individual with experience in the IT and Telecommunications field.

POSITION DESCRIPTION

• Management of L2 Reseller's technical requests using telephone and written communication

• Online technical support

• Continuous research and monitoring of industry developments and competition.

The company is constantly evolving and offers prospects for development and growth, in a modern and pleasant environment

Requirements

• IEK / TEI / AEI graduate

• 1-3 years of experience working in a relevant position.

• Very good Knowledge & Use of Greek and English language, oral and written.

Desired knowledge

• Asterisk based IP-PBX, Installation & Administration

• Alcatel Lucent PBX & Networking Installation & Administration

• Network, Routing & Firewall Configuration & Administration

• Experience in the operation and management of telephone networks

• IP routing & switching technologies, Main routing protocols

• Experience in PBX, VoIP and IP telephony

• Desired certifications in telephony systems

• GCS, GCP Certifications
