Η καθημερινότητα σου:
  • Ανάπτυξη στρατηγικής συνεργασιών με premium accounts (φαρμακεία, beauty &
    concept stores) σε Ελλάδα, Κύπρο & Βουλγαρία.
  • Συμμετοχή hands-on στη διαχείριση παραγγελιών, τοποθέτηση προϊόντων στα
    σημεία πώλησης (POS) και υλοποίηση trade equipment ενεργειών (stands,
    προωθητικά υλικά κ.ά.).
  • Ανάλυση τάσεων, KPI reporting & παρουσίαση data-driven προτάσεων μέσω ERP
    (Soft1) & MS Office.
  • Διοργάνωση exclusive demos & workshops που ενισχύουν το brand awareness και
    τη δέσμευση συνεργατών.
  • Θέσπιση στόχων για αύξηση πωλήσεων ανά συνεργάτη, με συστηματική
    παρακολούθηση και ενέργειες upselling.

Requirements

Τι χρειάζεσαι για να πετύχεις:
  • Προϋπηρεσία τουλάχιστον 3 ετών σε συντονισμό ομάδας B2B πωλήσεις ή διαχείριση
    χονδρικού δικτύου.
  • Εμπειρία σε beauty, pharma ή FMCG περιβάλλον αποτελεί σημαντικό πλεονέκτημα.
  • Αποδεδειγμένη ικανότητα ηγεσίας, καθοδήγησης & αξιολόγησης ομάδων.
  • Άνεση στη χρήση CRM, ERP και MS Excel (pivot, filters, βασικές συναρτήσεις).
  • Εξοικείωση με εργαλεία συνεργασίας (Slack, Asana, Trello).
  • Εμπορική αντίληψη &στρατηγική σκέψη, με κατανόηση KPIs.
  • Άριστη γνώση ελληνικών και αγγλικών (γραπτά & προφορικά)
  • Δίπλωμα οδήγησης & διαθεσιμότητα για ταξίδια εκτός έδρας.
