We are currently seeking an experienced and organized
Accounting Manager
to lead our accounting department and ensure accuracy, compliance, and efficiency across all financial processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Organize and oversee all accounting operations and services.
  • Prepare and submit financial statements.
  • Monitor and reconcile supplier and customer accounts.
  • Supervise payroll processes and ensure compliance with labor legislation.
  • Review accounting entries and reconcile general ledger accounts.
  • Prepare and present monthly financial reports to management.
  • Coordinate, train, and develop the accounting team.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • Excellent knowledge of tax and accounting regulations.
  • Strong experience with ERP systems, preferably
    SoftOne
    .
  • Minimum of
    8 years' experience
    in a similar senior accounting role.
  • Very good command of the
    English language
    .
  • Excellent knowledge of
    Microsoft Office
    .
  • Strong organizational, leadership, and teamwork skills.
