Key Sales Account Manager (Έδρα: Θεσσαλονίκη)

Αρμοδιότητες:

  • Ανάπτυξη στρατηγικής συνεργασιών με premium accounts (φαρμακεία, beauty & concept stores) σε Ελλάδα, Κύπρο & Βουλγαρία
  • Συμμετοχή hands-on στη διαχείριση παραγγελιών, τοποθέτηση προϊόντων στα σημεία πώλησης (POS) και υλοποίηση trade equipment ενεργειών (stands, προωθητικά υλικά κ.ά.)
  • Ανάλυση τάσεων, KPI reporting & παρουσίαση data-driven προτάσεων μέσω ERP (Soft1) & MS Office
  • Διοργάνωση exclusive demos & workshops που ενισχύουν το brand awareness και τη δέσμευση συνεργατών
  • Θέσπιση στόχων για αύξηση πωλήσεων ανά συνεργάτη, με συστηματική παρακολούθηση και ενέργειες upselling

Απαραίτητα Προσόντα:

  • Προϋπηρεσία τουλάχιστον 3 ετών σε συντονισμό ομάδας B2B πωλήσεις ή διαχείριση χονδρικού δικτύου
  • Εμπειρία σε beauty, pharma ή FMCG περιβάλλον αποτελεί σημαντικό πλεονέκτημα
  • Αποδεδειγμένη ικανότητα ηγεσίας, καθοδήγησης & αξιολόγησης ομάδων
  • Ικανότητα διαχείρισης ομάδας και ανάπτυξης κάθε μέλους αυτής
  • Άνεση στη χρήση CRM, ERP και MS Excel (pivot, filters, βασικές συναρτήσεις)
  • Εξοικείωση με εργαλεία συνεργασίας (Slack, Asana, Trello)
  • Εμπορική αντίληψη & στρατηγική σκέψη, με κατανόηση KPIs
  • Ικανότητα σύνταξης εμπορικής αλληλογραφίας & reports με ακρίβεια
  • Άριστη γνώση ελληνικών και αγγλικών (γραπτά & προφορικά)
  • Δίπλωμα οδήγησης & διαθεσιμότητα για ταξίδια εκτός έδρας
