We at Nova, are a young and dynamic team, the 2nd largest telecom provider in Greece, looking for a vibrant and fast thinking "Retail Sales Account Manager – Thessaloniki" to be part of our successful Retail Sales Network Team.

You have a challenging mission to:

Supervise Nova Stores of your responsibility in order to meet the company's operational standards for high quality customer service.

What will you do:

  • Design and implement action plans per store and per product, to achieve quantitative and qualitative targets
  • Coordinate, guide and support of the Nova Stores franchisees and sales teams through daily stores visits
  • Monitor, analyze and effectively affect results per store and per sales agent

It would be great if you have:

  • BSc degree from AEI or TEI. Master's degree will be considered a plus 
  • Previous experience in sales
  • Good knowledge of English (written and spoken) 
  • At least 2 years of experience in Sales
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office 
  • Client-oriented with ability to quickly understand "new" ways of working as well as to propose fresh ideas in order to improve the current procedures. 
  • Adaptive, team spirit, good interpersonal skills
