Position: Customer Success Account Manager (B2B Sales Focus)
Location: Athens, Greece
Full-time | Permanent Contract
GERMAN SPEAKERS NEEDED
As the key point of contact for B2B clients, youll help them grow, unlock new opportunities, and shape long-term success while growing your own career in an international environment.
What Youll Do
- Manage your own portfolio of B2B clients
- Conduct cold calls & upsell additional services
- Build strong relationships with decision-makers
- Provide insight-driven recommendations & tailored solutions
- Partner with internal teams to deliver outstanding experiences
- Exceed sales, retention & upselling targets
What You Bring
- C1+ level of german
- Experience in B2B sales, cold calling, and upselling
- A consultative, client-focused communication style
- CRM familiarity (Salesforce, HubSpot welcome)
- Strong English (B2+); other languages = bonus
- A results-driven mindset with proven success
- Excellent time management & problem-solving skills
