Η Kontzoglou Distribution αναζητά National Key Account Manager υπεύθυνο-η για τη διαχείριση και περαιτέρω ανάπτυξη συνεργασιών με στρατηγικούς λογαριασμούς. Η έδρα της θέσης είναι στη Θεσσαλονίκη.
Κύριες Αρμοδιότητες
:
- Διαχείριση και ανάπτυξη συνεργασιών στρατηγικών λογαριασμών σε εθνικό επίπεδο.
- Οργάνωση και πραγματοποίηση συναντήσεων με αγοραστές και υπεύθυνους αγορών, με σκοπό την ανάπτυξη πωλήσεων & την επίτευξη στόχων.
- Παρουσίαση νέων προϊόντων και παρακολούθηση εμπορικών συμφωνιών.
- Διαπραγμάτευση ετήσιων συμφωνιών, όρων συνεργασίας και υλοποίηση εμπορικής στρατηγικής.
- Παρακολούθηση των τάσεων της αγοράς, του ανταγωνισμού και της αγοραστικής συμπεριφοράς
- Προτάσεις για ανάπτυξη νέων συνεργασιών (για νέα προϊόντα, κατηγορίες ή ευκαιρίες ανάπτυξης στους λογαριασμούς)
- Καθορισμός και παρακολούθηση KPIs (π.χ. πωλήσεις, μερίδιο αγοράς, κερδοφορία).
Απαιτούμενα Προσόντα
- Εμπειρία στη διαχείριση πωλήσεων σε εθνικές αλυσίδες.
- Ικανότητα διαπραγμάτευσης και διαχείρισης μεγάλων πελατών.
- Εξαιρετικές αναλυτικές και επικοινωνιακές δεξιότητες
- Επαγγελματισμός & Εμπορική ευστροφία
- Άριστη γνώση MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) και CRM συστημάτων.
- Πολύ καλή γνώση Αγγλικών (γραπτά & προφορικά).
