Your main responsibility
- Stakeholder Collaboration:
Work closely with the FP&A team and key business partners to collect financial data and provide strategic financial insights. - Financial Reporting:
Support the month-end close process by reviewing cost classifications and proactively addressing any discrepancies or corrections. - Management Accounts:
Prepare and deliver timely, accurate management reports, including P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow statements, at both entity and group levels. - Ad-hoc Analysis:
Provide detailed financial analysis and customized reports to support strategic business decisions and ad-hoc requests. - Data Governance:
Maintain and manage the Group chart of accounts, cost centers, and reporting structures, ensuring compliance with internal policies and documentation standards. - Process Improvement:
Lead or contribute to finance transformation initiatives aimed at enhancing process efficiency, automation, and overall performance.
Your main qualifications/skills
- Finance/Accounting BSc within Accounting or Finance or Business administration and relevant Professional Qualification (e.g., CIMA, ACCA, CPA).
- 3-5 years of experience in management accounting or a similar role or in Big 4.
- Strong Analytical/Accounting skills are required.
- IESOEL, ACCA will be considered a strong asset.
- Excellent Communication is required (Greek and English). Spanish would be considered a strong asset.
- Advanced computer skills in MS Office and accounting software (preferably Entersoft).
