Job Summary

Job Purpose

Responsibilities
  • Manage RFP's corresponding to IT roadmap/business needs (ex : software; hardware;networks;cybersecurity…)
  • Negotiate prices and contract with suppliers (editors;resellers….)
  • Manage contracts renewals; renegotiation
  • Implement strategies defined at category level ( interlock with regions to track evidences)
  • Handle all administrative tasks related to category management (contract database update; suppliers reporting collection and consolidation;business reviews preparation..)
  • Support local purchasing teams on spot projects (in various categories)
  • Work under the guidances of the IT/Telecom Global Category Manager
  • Work in close collaboration with IT function as primary internal stakeholder (mainly located in Europe)
  • End to end purchasing process management
  • Report purchasing performance (savings)
  • Supportive of purchasing digitalization (E-procurement)

Qualifications & Experience
  • BSc in technology or purchasing/supply chain
  • Minimum 4 to 6 years' experience in IT/Telecom purchasing (software;hardware;mobility…)
  • Knowledge of other indirect purchasing categories is a plus
  • English : Fluent / French is a plus
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Curious about other categories
