Senior Product Owner
to lead the evolution of its flagship
Omni Messaging Platform
.

If you have a strong background in Product Management, a proven track record in leading cross-functional teams, and deep understanding of the messaging/telecom landscape, we would like to meet you

The candidate's mission will be to define, drive, and continuously optimize the strategy, roadmap, and execution of the Omni Platform, ensuring it remains a market-leading solution in the A2P messaging space.

Main responsibilities:

  • Define and communicate the
    product vision and strategy
    of the Omni Platform, aligned with company objectives and market opportunities.
  • Lead the
    product lifecycle
    from discovery and design to delivery, release, and continuous optimization.
  • Manage and refine the
    product roadmap
    , ensuring prioritization of features and improvements based on customer and market needs.
  • Drive
    backlog management
    (user stories, acceptance criteria, prioritization, and delivery follow-up).
  • Collaborate
    closely with development
    stakeholders to ensure smooth execution and alignment.
  • Monitor
    platform performance, KPIs, and market trends
    , proposing improvements and innovations.
  • Conduct
    competitive analysis and market research
    to identify opportunities for growth and differentiation.
  • Lead
    presentations, demos, and training sessions
    for internal teams and clients.

Must-have skills:

  • 5+ years of professional experience
    in product management, preferably in SaaS, telecom, or messaging platforms.
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field (MSc considered a strong plus).
  • Proven track record in managing complex, large-scale products/platforms.
  • Strong understanding of
    A2P messaging, routing, and telecom ecosystem
    .
  • Excellent command of English (written & oral).
  • Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to translate business needs into product requirements.

Good-to-have skills:

  • Experience in
    messaging platforms, CPaaS, or telco services
    .
  • Familiarity with
    Agile methodologies, Jira, and Confluence
    .
  • Background in API-based services.
