ManpowerGroup Greece, on behalf of its client, a leading company in the telecommunications sector, is seeking a Product Manager  to join its high-performing team.

Location: Athens - Southern suburbs

Working Model: Hybrid Working Model

Reporting to: ICT Director

What you will do:

As a Product Manager you will be responsible for the full lifecycle of cloud-based B2B products and services. You will define the product strategy, manage the roadmap, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and ensure successful go-to-market and ongoing performance. This is a key role in a dynamic organization that is shaping the future of cloud services in the local and regional market

Your main responsibilities will be:

• Monitoring closely and analyzing market trends and competition for B2B Cloud Computing products and services.
• Managing the insights and market analysis/research that drive product and commercial decisions.
• Managing projects' timeline to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of products, coordinating cross-functional teams to design and build solutions that address customers' needs
• Identifying and proposing new products & services as well as improvements to existing ones with the aim of strengthening them
• Defining the commercial specifications of new products or modifying existing ones to ensure their continuous growth and profitability, while also developing business cases
• Working closely with technology and project management teams to deliver B2B products & services to customers
• Preparing Go-to-Market strategy, pricing models and promoting cloud computing solutions through digital channels
• Identifying and leading new product development to meet customer needs better than the competition
• Creating reports and presentations on the performance of the products under responsibility, analyzing them and proposing improvement actions
• Participating in the formation of the annual marketing and financial planning of the products and services under responsibility
• Collaborating with Sales teams to support the implementation of the strategy and the increase of product and service penetration

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Marketing, Mathematics, or any other relevant field
• At least 2 years of experience in Product Marketing or a related role within the tech or telecom industry
• Excellent command of the English language, both written and verbal
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven mindset
• High level of numeracy and attention to detail
• A self-starter with the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies and methodologies
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, showing resilience and adaptability in the face of change
