Your Mission
As
Product Manager
in our team, your mission will be to develop and manage strategic products in the field of
Multiple Sclerosis
through in-depth market analysis, alignment with business objectives, and the execution of successful launch and adoption plans. This is achieved by fostering effective collaboration across cross-functional teams, ensuring a differentiated value proposition, meaningful patient impact, and long-term commercial sustainability.

Your Major Accountabilities

• Elaborate and follow up on market research plans, including market analysis and implementation of related actions.
• Develop and implement action plans aimed at achieving business growth.
• Design and execute operational strategies for product launches.
• Responsible for the development, coordination, and execution of training programs for the sales force.
• Establish and maintain relationships with key opinion leaders in the field; identify and engage key physician champions for the franchise.
• Track the financial performance of the product, analyze issues, and develop action plans to meet revenue objectives.
• Ensure awareness of and compliance with Neuraxpharm's standard operating procedures.

We Would Like You To Have

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Marketing and Sales Departments

• At least 5 years working as Product Manager / Medical Advisor / Medical Scientific Liaison in a Pharmaceutical company specializing in Multiple Sclerosis.

• University Degree in Life Sciences or Engineering

• Knowledge and Experience in:
• Marketing Plan development
• Drive product launches
• Market research
• Central Nervous System
• Open mentality to new projects and changes, and commitment with the continuous improvement and promotion of the standards established in the company.
• Availability to travel.
• Language: Greek and English
