Asbeing our new Product Manager, you specialize in technology-relatedproducts on downstream space, earth observation, mapping, GIS-WebGIS andcomplex technological products, you'll lead the charge in driving sales growthand maximizing profitability across our tech products, both software andhardware and the fit in complex projects. You will lead the development of aproduct and/or product line, ensuring its success in the market by defining itsstrategy, roadmap, and features. In thisrole, you'll connect with customers to understand their needs, de-bug withcollaboration with the technical team and craft tailored strategies thatdeliver real value. You will act as the voice of the customer, representinguser needs and aligning them with business objectives. You will collaboratewith various cross-functional teams, including engineering, marketing, sales,and support, to bring the product to market and continuously improve it.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Identifying and engaging new customers:Proactively exploring market opportunities, building relationships withpotential clients, and collaborating with sales/business development teams toexpand the customer base.
• Definingproduct and/or product line Strategy and Roadmap: Formulating the overallvision and long-term plan for the product and/or product line, including itsfeatures, goals, and success metrics.
• UnderstandingUser Needs: Gathering and analyzing user feedback to identify unmet needs andpain points.
• MarketResearch and Analysis: Staying informed about market trends, competitoractivities, and customer behaviors.
• PrioritizingFeatures: Deciding which features to prioritize and include in the product,based on business goals and user needs.
• Collaboratingwith Cross-Functional Teams: Working closely with engineers, designers,marketers, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment and successful productdevelopment.
• Managingproduct and/or product line Lifecycle: Guiding the product through differentstages, from discovery and development to launch and continuous improvement.
• Communicatingwith Stakeholders: Regularly communicating the product vision, strategy, andprogress to various stakeholders.
• MeasuringProduct Performance: Tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) and using datato make informed decisions.
• Submit strategic proposals for the furtherdevelopment of the companyCommunicating with Stakeholders: Regularlycommunicating the product vision, strategy, and progress to variousstakeholders.

In essence, this position is a bridge between thebusiness, users, and the product development team, ensuring that the productmeets market needs and achieves its strategic goals.

Required Qualifications:

• Holder of a higher education degree, preferably from aTechnological/Engineering direction
• Working experience of at least five (5) years in of experience as aProduct Manager, or proven success leading end-to-end product initiatives at asenior level
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent Knowledge & Use of Greek and English language, oral andwritten
• Ambitious and a strong desire for success with a commercial mindset
• Ability to work independently by planning and organizing own work
• Results oriented and with demonstrated achievements in sales
• Informatics and/or other geoinformatics engineering experience ispreferred
