About the Role

We're building a next-generation
Customer Experience (CX) Platform
that bridges human needs with business performance — and we're looking for a
Product Manager
to help lead the way.

You'll shape the product vision, translate insights into strategy, and guide the development of scalable, AI-driven solutions that redefine how retailers connect with their customers.

This is a role for someone who combines
data-driven product leadership, technical fluency, and genuine curiosity for customer experience

What You'll Do


Product Strategy & Roadmap

  • Define and maintain the product vision aligned with Datanoesis's mission and leadership direction.
  • Build and communicate a clear roadmap — balancing quick wins with long-term differentiation.


Customer & Market Insight

  • Lead discovery: interviews, journey mapping, and competitor analysis.
  • Turn insights into personas, use cases, and product priorities.


Metrics & Impact

  • Define and monitor success metrics (activation, retention, adoption, NPS).
  • Run A/B tests and pilots to validate ideas before scaling.


AI & Sustainability

  • Identify AI-driven opportunities for personalization and automation.
  • Integrate sustainability principles into product design and partnerships.

What We're Looking For

7+ years of experience in Product Management, Product Analytics, or SaaS platform roles

Proven track record in data-informed product decisions and experimentation

Strong technical understanding of APIs, integrations, and customer data flows

Excellent collaboration and communication across cross-functional teams

Fluent in English (Greek a plus)
