What You'll Do:

  • Act as the face of FIBRITEL in both
    local stores
    and
    door-to-door interactions
    , engaging directly with residential and SME customers across Athens
  • Present FIBRITEL's next-gen FTTH internet solutions, assess customer needs, and offer tailored proposals
  • Follow up with leads from walk-ins, campaigns, and field visits to maximize conversions
  • Ensure accurate record-keeping and update CRM systems promptly
  • Collaborate with marketing and back-office teams to execute campaigns and share customer insights
  • Identify new business opportunities within your territory and suggest ways to expand reach
  • Represent the FIBRITEL brand with professionalism and energy, whether at the doorstep or at the store
  • Consistently meet and exceed personal and team sales targets
  • Attend regular training sessions to stay sharp on products and refine your sales techniques
  • Respond to customer inquiries and concerns with clarity and courtesy

You Bring:

  • Proven experience in sales or customer-facing roles, ideally in field sales or telecommunications.
  • Strong communication skills in Greek, with the ability to quickly connect and build trust. Knowledge of English will be considered a plus.
  • A driven, self-motivated mindset and resilience to thrive in a fast-paced field sales environment.
  • Reliable own transport and basic digital skills to navigate tools and CRM systems efficiently.
