Office Administrative Assistant

Exclusive Agents, is looking for an office administrative assistant for its premises at the Center of Athens.
The successful candidate should have strong organizational and communication skills, good knowledge of office software and real estate management systems, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Previous experience in real estate administration or a related field is highly desirable. If you are proactive, reliable, and passionate about supporting a dynamic real estate team, we encourage you to apply for this rewarding position.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Organize, store and update real estate documents in CRM & other platforms
· Oversee the overall CRM process and data quality
- Assist in recruiting and onboarding of new Agents.
- Implement office policies and procedures to increase efficiency and productivity.
- Manage office marketing efforts, including creating and distributing promotional materials and maintaining online presence.
- Oversee office maintenance and equipment, ensuring a professional and welcoming environment.
- Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
- Assisting the CEO with tasks when needed
Skills and Qualifications
- Excellent organizational, communicational and time – management skills

- Team worker
- Good knowledge of MS Office
- Good knowledge of English Language – additional would be a plus.
- 1-2 years experience in Real Estate/Administrative/Onboarding roles.
Compensation:
Annual Salary + Bonus. Compensation will be determined based on the skills and qualifications of the applicant, along with the requirements of the position.
