Yacht Sales & Chartering Consultant

Your Role

• Build and maintain strong relationships with yacht owners, buyers, and charter clients.
• Manage the full sales and chartering cycle, from lead generation to deal closure.
• Provide expert advice and personalized solutions to clients seeking to buy, sell, or charter yachts.
• Collaborate with our global network to maximize exposure and opportunities.
• Represent Capital Yachting at industry events, yacht shows, and networking functions.

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience in
  sales, brokerage, or luxury hospitality
  (yachting experience preferred but not mandatory).
• Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong client relationship management and networking abilities.
• Self-motivated with an entrepreneurial spirit, but also a true team player.
• Fluency in English (additional languages are a strong plus).
