Thanks to our growing expansion, we are looking for our Marketcenter in Athens, a Recruiter.

About the role

The recruiter implements recruitment strategies to attract top talent for sales and rental agents. He/She is responsible for conducting interviews, managing onboarding, and utilizing various channels for candidate sourcing.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement the Metropolitan Market Center recruitment plan effectively.
  • Conduct recruiting activities through diverse recruitment channels. Utilize job boards, social media and networking events to identify potential candidates.
  • Participate in the interview process, assessing candidates' skills and cultural fit.
  • Report recruitment activities and progress to the Head of Recruitment, Onboarding & Performance regularly.
  • Assist with the onboarding and training schedule for new partners at the Metropolitan Market Center.
  • Manage administration tasks and maintain applicant correspondence throughout the recruitment process.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Excellent Greek and English language skills.
  • Professional knowledge of MS Office and Google Workspace.
  • Previous experience in recruitment or human resources is a plus.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with various recruitment tools and Applicant Tracking Systems.
  • A proactive attitude and a passion for talent acquisition.
