As a Recruitment Consultant at HumanGrounds, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our clients and candidates alike. You'll have the opportunity to leverage your skills, expand your network, and drive meaningful impact in a collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:
Source, screen, and recruit exceptional sales and marketing professionals for our esteemed clients.Cultivate strong relationships with candidates and clients to understand their unique needs and objectives.Stay ahead of industry trends and market dynamics to provide strategic recruitment solutions.Champion diversity and inclusion initiatives to build diverse and equitable teams.Collaborate with our passionate team to deliver exceptional service and drive business growth. Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Recruitment Consultant or similar role, with a track record of successful placements ideally in a recruitment agency or in-house recruitment team.Ideally in-depth knowledge of sales and marketing roles, industry trends, and best practices.Strong sourcing and networking skills, with the ability to build and maintain a robust talent pipeline.Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with a passion for delivering exceptional candidate experiences.Excellent use of the Greek and English language (written and spoken)Excellent use of MS Office, Social Media and other internet toolsBachelor's degree in Business Administration or Social Sciences would be preferred Why HumanGrounds?
