I can not express the feelings as I write this Job Description that you have just opened. I am Aspasia, and just 8 years ago, I was in the same place as you are now, looking for a job that fulfills me and helps people grow, and I found it some years later. Since August 2021, I have been a freelance Talent Management Consultant, working with entrepreneurs across early-stage to exit companies, primarily in the startup tech ecosystem. I am a firm believer that making conscious choices about our work will impact our society, and that's what I aim for every day, with every cooperation, every call, and random meeting at a networking event. In business terms, this means I provide B2B consultancy services on Talent Management subjects such as Recruitment, Candidate Experience Consultancy, Training & Development, and Strategy planning, as well as B2C services such as building CVs and LinkedIn consultation, Interview Preparation, Career Consulting, and consulting throughout the job search.

You are honest, eager to learn and expand your skills, and able to work independently without micromanagement. You love people and understand that recruitment plays a vital role in a company's strategy. Sourcing is a crucial part of this role, so it's important to think creatively when searching for candidates and to connect the dots that aren't immediately obvious. • Experience

: 6months+ in recruitment (agency or startup experience preferred).
- Strong understanding of sourcing techniques (Boolean search, LinkedIn, job boards, etc.).
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, both in Greek and English.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) and recruitment tools.

What you will be responsible for:

Talent Sourcing & Screening

:

• Proactively source and engage candidates using LinkedIn, social media, referrals, and networking.
• Conduct initial video interviews to assess candidate skills, experience, and cultural fit with clients' teams.
• Maintain an up-to-date talent pipeline in our CRM/ATS system to meet client hiring needs efficiently.

Client Management & Coordination

:

• Understand client hiring needs and provide strategic recruitment solutions.
• Act as a liaison between clients and candidates to ensure smooth interview and hiring processes. We are here to be the voice of candidates to companies and of companies to candidates.

End-to-End Recruitment Process

:

• Write and post job descriptions on various platforms.
• Screen resumes and shortlist potential candidates.
• Schedule interviews and provide feedback to both clients and candidates.

Networking & Relationship Building

:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with both active and passive candidates.
• Attend industry events, career fairs, and networking sessions to attract talent.

Database & Compliance Management

:

• Maintain accurate, up-to-date records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
• Ensure compliance with hiring regulations and data protection laws.
• Provide regular recruitment reports and insights to management.
