Position Overview:

This is a full-time, hybrid role for a Regional Recruiter based in Athens, with some work-from-home flexibility.

We are looking for a highly motivated recruiter with proven success in cold calling and lead generation to help us build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and recruiting qualified Operating Principal candidates.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Cold Calling: Make outbound cold calls to potential candidates, effectively introducing KW opportunity and gauging interest in leadership positions.

  • Lead Generation: Use a variety of sourcing strategies (including cold calls, networking, and social media) to build and maintain a strong candidate pool.

  • Database Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all candidate interactions, applications, and interview notes through KW Command.

  • Follow-ups: Persistently follow up with candidates to maintain engagement and ensure a seamless recruitment process.

Knowledge & Skills:

  • Exceptional people skills.

  • Proven experience in recruitment, sales, or customer service with a focus on cold calling and outbound sales.

  • Excellent verbal communication skills and the ability to quickly build rapport with candidates over the phone.

  • A proactive, positive, and problem-solving mindset.

  • Goal setting, strategic planning, and accountability skills.

  • Proficiency in technology and the ability to leverage it for enhanced performance.

  • Fluent English ( spoken and written)

  • Fluent Greek ( spoken and written)

  • Experience and knowledge in real estate industry is an advantage.
