As our 
Agricultural Liaison / Agricultural Business Developer

, your mission will be to engage directly with farm owners and cooperatives to understand their labor needs and help facilitate access to international recruitment solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain relationships with farmers and agricultural cooperatives across different Greek regions
  • Identify 
    current and future demand
     for foreign agricultural labor
  • Act as the 
    main point of contact
     between Greek stakeholders and our international recruitment team
  • Travel within Greece (if needed) to verify and gather accurate labor demand
  • Represent our program with professionalism, cultural sensitivity, and trustworthiness

Qualifications

  • Fluent in Greek and English is a must
  • Strong network in the agricultural sector (farmers, cooperatives, regional associations)
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Based in Greece, with flexibility to travel if necessary
  • Experience in business development, agricultural consulting, or liaison roles is a plus
