Role Overview
At Unitrack S.A., we're looking for a Tenders Specialist, reporting to the Sales Manager, based in Aspropyrgos, to manage tender preparation and submission while ensuring compliance with tender legislation, client requirements and company standards. The role provides essential support to the sales team by managing proposals, maintaining accurate records, and facilitating smooth communication between departments. Key Responsibilities:
Public Tenders
Manage the full cycle of the tendering process
Monitor tender announcement via online platforms, record them in the ERP system, and communicate tender opportunities and updates to the Sales department.
Prepare and develop technical and financial proposals, collect and verify tender documentation and submit tenders.
Handle bid bonds (return, renewal) in collaboration with the Finance and Legal departments.
Maintaining statistics and generating reports (CRM, ERP systems). Generate reports and maintain statistics via CRM/ERP system to update the Sales department.
Sales Support
Prepare offers, submit orders and send informational material to clients.
Support the Sales team with machinery presentation and handover.
Maintain sales records (physical/digital), update the JCB database and produce relevant reports for the Sales team.
Receive, document and communicate customer complaints to the Sales department.
Reception of visitors and management of incoming correspondence (both physical and electronic).
Managing the telephone center and providing customer service via phone and email.
Participate in machinery deliveries.
Job Requirements:
Degree or equivalent qualification from a recognized institution in the fields of Mechanical Engineering. Academic qualification (Degree/Diploma) in Mechanical Engineering or a related technical field
2-4 years of experience in tendering process.
Knowledge of public procurement legislation.
Excellent command of Greek and English, both written and spoken
Proficient in MS Office
Working knowledge CRM/ERP systems
Completed military service (if applicable).
Skills:
Attention to detail and commitment to high-quality work.
Strong writing skills to create clear, concise and flawless technical and financial documents.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
