Talent Sourcer
to help us identify and engage top-tier talent across diverse industries.

What you'll do:

  • Use creative sourcing strategies to attract passive and active candidates
  • Build strong talent pipelines across multiple roles and regions
  • Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to understand role requirements
  • Engage with candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and beyond
  • Maintain candidate data and pipelines in our ATS

What you bring:

  • 1 year experience in sourcing or recruitment
  • Familiarity with Boolean search and sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, etc.)
  • Strong communication skills and a proactive mindset
  • Passion for people and recruitment
