Key Responsibilities of a Talent Sourcer
  • Identify and engage with potential candidates using a variety of sourcing techniques, including social media, networking platforms, and direct outreach.
  • Work closely with recruiters and hiring managers to understand role requirements and develop strategic sourcing plans.
