About The Job
We're looking for a Recruitment Manager to lead and inspire our recruiting team while acting as the key link between Recruitment, HR, and Operations. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys building strong relationships, and knows how to turn ambitious hiring targets into success stories.
As a Recruitment Manager, You Will…
- Lead, motivate, and develop the recruiting teams—fostering growth, engagement, and performance.
- Partner closely with HR and Operations to ensure alignment with business goals and compliance requirements.
- Drive the execution of people-related initiatives and recruiting deliverables across major partners.
- Build and maintain a strong online recruitment presence to attract top talent and strengthen our employer brand.
- Think outside the box to design, implement, and sustain a healthy, high-quality candidate pipeline that supports long-term business growth.
- Analyze, track, and present key hiring metrics and insights to enhance performance.
- Manage special projects and continuously refine high-volume recruiting practices to meet evolving needs.
As a Recruitment Manager, You Have…
- A university degree, ideally in Human Resources or a related field.
- 3+ years of proven leadership experience.
- Strong HR or recruiting background in fast-paced, high-volume environments (contact center experience is a plus).
- A solid understanding of Operations is considered an asset.
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, both written and verbal.
- A detail-oriented and analytical mindset, with a creative and solution-focused approach.
- Excellent organizational and project management abilities, with the confidence to manage multiple priorities.
- The ability to adapt quickly, stay strategic under pressure, and keep a service-first mindset.
