Job Description

Yotta Volt is seeking an Operations Manager to oversee and optimize its Sales and Logistics Operations. The role will manage the Sales and Logistics Operations Specialists and ensure smooth end-to-end processes from quoting and order management to shipping and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and develop the Sales & Logistics Operations team.
  • Oversee order processing, shipping, and customs compliance.
  • Coordinate with vendors, resellers, and logistics providers to ensure timely delivery.
  • Support sales operations, including quotes, order fulfilment, and delivery.
  • Drive process improvements and ensure compliance with ISO 9001, GDPR, and trade regulations.

What do you need?

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in Operations Management, ideally in a technology distribution or B2B environment.
  • Strong knowledge of international logistics. Shipping, and customs procedures.
  • Proficiency with CRM/ERP tools, will be an asset (Salesforce preferred).
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Professional working language English (written and verbal)
  • Strong communication and leadership abilities to manage teams and collaborate across departments.
  • EU work permit.
