Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Fleet Operations Manager to oversee the management of our fleet operations in Greece. The successful candidate will be responsible for collaborating with leasing companies and external partners to execute contracts, as well as working closely with leaders from various functions to deliver financial and service metrics related to our fleet agenda.

  • Manage telematics performance and implement continuous improvement initiatives
  • Report key performance indicators (KPIs) and sustainability metrics for our Greek fleet operations
  • Develop and implement cost-effective solutions for fleet renewals, considering alternative fuels and energy sources
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • University degree or diploma in supply chain management or equivalent professional experience
  • Technical background with proven knowledge of the automotive market and related technologies
  • Experience in fleet management principles and vehicle costing techniques
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
  • Excellent communication and team collaboration skills
  • Basic knowledge of health and safety fundamentals
  • Negotiation skills
