Oceangold Tankers Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented Operations Assistant – Operations Analyst to join our Operations team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and distribute operational reports, including daily vessel positioning.
  • Monitor fleet performance using KPIs, highlighting variances against schedule and budget.
  • Assist in preparing the departmental annual budget and revisions.
  • Contribute to projects that improve fleet efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and sustainability.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Operations, Technical, Commercial) to ensure effective communication and alignment.
  • Maintain and update operational databases, records, and reporting tools.

Required Qualifications:

  • University degree in Maritime Studies, Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of professional experience in an operational or analytical role within the shipping industry.

Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a data-driven mindset.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel essential).
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively under pressure.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Greek and English.
  • Team-oriented, proactive, and detail-focused approach.
