Operations & Vendor Management Assistant
. The ideal candidate excels at customer service, creative problem-solving, and has strong communication skills and a flair for written English. This position is remote and provides a full-time salary with bonuses and travel incentives.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Serve as the primary contact for client on-ground for emergency services
- Conduct confirmations on finalized itinerary trip reservations
- Conduct vendor outreach and communication
- Collect & process detailed information on vendors' offered services
- Edit and/ or create ready-to-use content in Canva
- Research, vet and input new vendor information in operating systems
- Locate missing information on existing vendors and update accordingly in the systems
- Completion/ assistance on various smaller-scale projects/tasks as needed
The ideal candidate should be:
- Based in Athens, Greece
- Experienced in customer service
- Strong multi-tasking and organizational abilities
- Strategic and detail-oriented
- A self-starter who takes initiative
- Proficient in Office Programs, Excel, and Canva - CRM and GDS systems a plus
- Experienced in a similar position and/ or Marketing background is a plus
- Able to work as an independent contractor and work in a remote environment independently
- Excellent communication skills with fluency in spoken & written English (verbal & writing)
