Our growing Greek DMC is seeking a dynamic member to join our team as a
full-time
Operations & Vendor Management Assistant
. The ideal candidate excels at customer service, creative problem-solving, and has strong communication skills and a flair for written English. This position is remote and provides a full-time salary with bonuses and travel incentives.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Serve as the primary contact for client on-ground for emergency services
  • Conduct confirmations on finalized itinerary trip reservations
  • Conduct vendor outreach and communication
  • Collect & process detailed information on vendors' offered services
  • Edit and/ or create ready-to-use content in Canva
  • Research, vet and input new vendor information in operating systems
  • Locate missing information on existing vendors and update accordingly in the systems
  • Completion/ assistance on various smaller-scale projects/tasks as needed

The ideal candidate should be:

  • Based in Athens, Greece
  • Experienced in customer service
  • Strong multi-tasking and organizational abilities
  • Strategic and detail-oriented
  • A self-starter who takes initiative
  • Proficient in Office Programs, Excel, and Canva - CRM and GDS systems a plus
  • Experienced in a similar position and/ or Marketing background is a plus
  • Able to work as an independent contractor and work in a remote environment independently
  • Excellent communication skills with fluency in spoken & written English (verbal & writing)
