We provide technology solutions and business services including finance, accounting, information technology, global security, legal, payroll and benefits, procurement, tax, real estate, treasury and risk management to help Publicis Groupe agencies do what they do best: create and innovate for their clients. Responsibilities Matching company's invoices with vendor's invoices and relevant proof in order to send them to client. Upload invoices to specific portals (request by some of our clients). Matching invoices with receipts and vendor's invoices with payments. Vendors query: Reconciliation with vendors/Daily communication with vendors. Tax submissions: support on the monthly preparation of taxes (especially withholding taxes) and assist on the requests to the state to receive certifications for withholding taxes in order to share on time to our vendors. Assist with the preparation of internal and external audit files. Master Data Management: New vendor checks/Call back process verifications. Back-up for vendor payments: Responsible for placing wire transfers. Payroll and HR admin support on tasks (e.g. preparation of certificates for the employees etc.) Other supportive daily tasks (archive hard/electronic copies, etc) Qualifications Experience in a finance operations role (2-3 years). Education Bachelor degree level qualification. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, strong Excel skills. English language (written and oral) intermediate level. Comfortable dealing with numbers and the processing of financial information. Team player: as the role requires being the back-up to other team members.
