PharOS is seeking for a Junior Assistant Accountant as follows:

Key Responsibilities

  • Assists and provides support to the Accounting department by managing daily accounting tasks
  • Assists in the preparation of monthly / yearly closings
  • Processes accounting entries to ensure all business transactions are recorded
  • Participates in other accounting and office projects
  • Manages invoices in the ERP system in a timely manner
  • Updates accounts receivable and performs issuance of invoices

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance/Accounting or other relevant areas
  • Experience in relevant field will be considered as a plus
  • Excellent knowledge of English language (written and oral communication)
  • Great attention to detail and good organization skills
  • Good knowledge of MS Office (excel)
  • Familiarity with ERP environment will be considered as a plus
