Position Overview

Bespoke Greece is a leading incoming travel agency, specializing in tailor-made experiences across Greece. For our office in Athens, we are looking for talented professionals to join our Operations team.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Supervise daily office operations and coordinate between teams (travel designers, sales, suppliers)
  • Monitor service quality, client satisfaction, and workflow efficiency
  • Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers, guides, and partners
  • Assist in managing client issues and problem resolution
  • Oversee pricing, budgeting, and operational cost management
  • Implement operational policies, processes, and best practices

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in travel operations or management
  • Excellent English: additional languages are a plus
  • Strong leadership, communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
  • Knowledge of Greek travel destinations and supplier networks
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, spreadsheets, and travel management systems
  • Degree in Tourism, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related field
