Ως Store Operations Assistant καθημερινά:

  • Συμμετέχεις στον έλεγχο και τη διατήρηση σωστών αποθεμάτων μέσω απογραφών

  • Υποστηρίζεις την ομάδα σε ανοίγματα ή μετεγκαταστάσεις καταστημάτων σε διάφορες περιοχές

  • Συμμετέχεις σε αλλαγές βελτίωσης της διάταξης και οργάνωσης των καταστημάτων

  • Βοηθάς στην εφαρμογή των διαδικασιών LBI/ABC

  • Υποστηρίζεις τη λειτουργία των καταστημάτων όταν υπάρχει αυξημένος φόρτος εργασίας ή έλλειψη προσωπικού

  • Συνεργάζεσαι με τις ομάδες των καταστημάτων για την εκπαίδευση και υποστήριξή τους

Προσόντα

Θα χρειαστεί να:

  • Έχεις 1 χρόνo εμπειρία σε αντίστοιχη θέση, ιδανικά στο q-commerce / λιανικό εμπόριο / εμπόριο τροφίμων

  • Προσαρμόζεσαι εύκολα σε αλλαγές και νέες συνθήκες

  • Δίνεις το παράδειγμα και συμμετέχεις ενεργά στην ομάδα

  • Είσαι problem solver

  • Δίνεις προσοχή στη λεπτομέρεια

  • Σου αρέσει η οργάνωση και η συνέπεια

  • Έχεις εξοικείωση με την τεχνολογία
