We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee and optimize the daily operations of a leading company in the facility management sector.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of high-quality services, maintaining cost-effectiveness, and driving exceptional client satisfaction.

Main Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage the execution of facility management services, ensuring adherence to quality, safety, and compliance standards.
  • Lead and coordinate operational teams, optimizing workforce allocation, performance, and efficiency.
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance service delivery, streamline processes, and improve operational effectiveness.
  • Monitor and control budgets, costs, and financial performance to ensure operational profitability.
  • Act as the primary escalation point for client concerns and operational challenges, proactively seeking solutions to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental regulations, maintaining a secure and compliant work environment.
  • Identify and anticipate staffing and operational needs, taking proactive measures to ensure smooth service delivery.
  • Manage schedules, deadlines, and workflow prioritization, ensuring operational objectives are met.
  • Stay updated on industry advancements, new technologies, and best practices, supporting team development and continuous improvement.
  • Supervise on-site service operations, maintenance activities, and personnel, ensuring efficient execution and adherence to standards.
  • Foster staff development, providing guidance, training, and support to enhance employee skills and performance.

Qualifications & Candidate Profile Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in operations management, preferably within facility management or a service-oriented industry.
  • A degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field will be considered as a plus.
  • Strong leadership skills, with experience in team management, workforce planning, and performance optimization.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills, with a strategic mindset for tackling operational challenges.
  • Familiarity with service delivery frameworks, project management methodologies, and operational best practices.
  • Proficiency in ERP systems, reporting tools, and operational software.
  • ​​​​​​​Strong communication and interpersonal skills in English.
  • Willingness to travel if required.
