Operations Manager
for our brand

Reporting directly to the General Manager, the Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the cleaning services division, ensuring efficient service delivery, high customer satisfaction, and full compliance with company standards and safety protocols. This role involves managing teams, optimizing processes, coordinating logistics, and driving continuous improvement across all cleaning operations.

Key Responsibilities

1. Operational Leadership & Planning

  • Oversee daily cleaning operations across all assigned sites (residential, commercial, and short-term rentals).
  • Develop and implement operational plans, schedules, and resource allocation to ensure timely service delivery.
  • Monitor performance KPIs (productivity, turnaround time, quality scores, customer feedback).
  • Ensure proper adherence to SOPs, hygiene protocols, and quality standards.

2. Team Management

·      Supervise Cleaning Supervisors, coordinators, and cleaners.

·      Plan staffing levels based on workload forecasts.

·      Conduct recruitment interviews in coordination with HR.

·      Organize training programs on cleaning techniques, safety procedures, and customer service.

·      Evaluate team performance and implement improvement plans when necessary.

·      Carry out sales forecasts, analysis and present your findings to the GM.

3. Quality Control

·      Perform regular site inspections to evaluate cleaning quality and compliance.

·      Address quality issues promptly and ensure corrective actions are applied.

·      Maintain consistent communication with clients to ensure satisfaction and resolve complaints professionally.

4. Logistics & Inventory Control

·      Oversee the distribution of cleaning supplies, machines, and tools.

·      Ensure all chemicals and equipment are stored, labeled, and handled according to safety standards.

·      Monitor stock levels and coordinate for timely replenishment.

·      Optimize cost usage of consumables and detergents.

5. Client Relations

·      Act as the main point of contact for key clients and property management partners.

·      Prepare service reports, schedules, and incident logs as required.

·      Participate in client meetings and support contract renewals or up-selling opportunities.

6. Health, Safety & Compliance

·      Enforce workplace safety standards and compliance with local regulations.

·      Ensure all teams follow color-coding, cross-contamination protocols, and proper PPE usage.

·      Investigate incidents, implement preventive measures, and report to management.

7. Reporting & Administration

·      Prepare weekly and monthly operational reports.

·      Monitor operating costs and support budget planning.

·      Ensure accurate time-sheets, shift scheduling, and team coordination.

·      Collaborate with Finance for invoicing accuracy and cost optimization.

Qualifications

·      Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, Facilities Management, or related field.

·      Minimum
5 years of operations experience
, preferably in cleaning, facility management, or hospitality.

·      Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.

·      Proven experience managing teams in fast-paced operational environments.

·      Proficiency in scheduling tools, reporting systems, and operations software.

·      
Greek
and English language are a must.

·      Knowledge of HACCP, cleaning chemicals, equipment, and Greek safety standards is a plus.

·      Ability to work flexible hours when operationally required.
