Does this sound like you?

As a Manager with HSE, Process Safety Management and/or Asset Integrity experience in a consulting environment, your role is managing operational risk management focussed projects and advising decision-makers on how to improve their operational risk management:

• You'll save lives, drive performance and improve the working lives of all your clients' employees.

• You will manage a team of experienced consultants and subject matter experts to identify the root causes of client safety challenges by analysing a range of metrics and observations, and create, communicate and implement solutions for a broad range of industrial clients

• You will be trusted to work directly with the client identifying pain points and developing and implementing effective solutions to meet their needs

• You will develop your own and your team's work plans, mobilizing the team to deliver effectively

• You will work with members of your team to build their capabilities and deliver better value to the client

• You will manage project delivery and cultivate client relationships.

You will bring scientific rigor seeking to translate results into concrete and economically viable implementation:

• You hold a Master's degree or equivalent in Engineering / HSE

• You have 6-10 years of experience in consulting with previous exposure to HSE, process safety management and/or asset integrity projects

• You have the ability to manage diverse and remote teams of consultants and guide them to achieve business and client objectives

• You are able to manage complex projects from end to end for small or large engagements

• You demonstrate deep knowledge in relevant industries or subject matters, and are able to leverage it externally (guiding clients, creating points of view, etc.)

• You are bilingual or native in Greek and English (a third European language is a significant advantage)

• You have excellent communication skills and an entrepreneurial mindset. Like us.

• Manage complex projects, coordinate the analysis, absorption, and synthesis of large amounts of information, confidently draw conclusions from the team's research, and put them into clear recommendations and points for the client.

• Not afraid to ask questions when you need clarity and willing to challenge your own and your team's perspectives.

• Detail oriented, well-organized, autonomous and a great team player.

• Strong/effective verbal and written communication skills to be able to interact at different levels of the organization, from executive to technicians and operators.

• Exceptional interpersonal skills and team-working attitude to be able to work in multi-cultural and multi-disciplinary teams.

• Work independently, be a good listener, and connect easily with others, making you a great team player.

• If required, able to effectively work in a remote setting across time zones.

• Fluent in Greek and proficient in English.
