The Senior Operations Manager is a key leadership role responsible for launching and operating our new trampoline amusement park. This position will set up the entire operation from the ground up — establishing processes, building the team, implementing safety standards, and preparing the business for a successful opening and sustainable growth.

Once launched, the Senior Operations Manager will oversee the day-to-day running of the park, ensuring outstanding guest experiences, world-class safety compliance, and commercially sound business practices. This is an exciting opportunity for a hands-on leader who can balance strategic planning with operational excellence, bringing our vision to life and making the park a premier destination for family entertainment.

Responsibilities

  • Operational Standards Development: Lead the creation, documentation, communication, and implementation of operational standards, procedures, and protocols for our newly launched Trampoline Park
  • Establish Execution Model: Develop and implement the execution model to ensure consistency, quality, and effectiveness, aligning with company strategic objectives
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Act as the main contact for all departments— including Marketing, Programs, Safety, Legal, Field Operations, Finance, Training, and Park Readiness—regarding initiatives that require park-level execution
  • Performance Measurement: Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess and enhance park performance, ensuring alignment with Compan standards
  • Calendar Management: Oversee the scheduling of all activation points, launches, and business requirements to guarantee timely execution and communication across departments
  • Documentation and Communication: Ensure all operational standards and processes are clearly documented and communicated to relevant stakeholders, including field operations
  • Support Park Operations: Provide ongoing support to field operations teams to ensure compliance with standards, efficient processes, and optimal park performance
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process enhancements and implement best practices to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness
  • Leadership and Team Development: Mentor and develop the Operations Implementation team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence

Requirements

  • 7+ years in operations management, preferably in a multi-unit or franchise organization, with at least 2-3 years in Operations Services, Integration, or Implementation roles
  • Proven experience in leading cross-functional teams and managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders
  • Strong understanding of operational processes, standards development, and performance measurement in a service-oriented environment
  • Exceptional organizational, project management, and multitasking abilities
  • Strong leadership and team development skills, with experience in motivating diverse teams
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across all organizational levels
  • Proficient in documenting processes and effectively translating initiatives at the unit level
  • Strong collaborative skills, with the ability to clarify ambiguous situations
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, focused on continuous improvement
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools
  • High ethical standards, operating with integrity and embodying the Values of Antenna Group in decision-making and leadership
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
