Senior Product Manager
to join our dynamic Media Strom marketing team at Markopoulo Attica.

The company operates the country's most advanced mattress production facility — and one of the top three in Europe — setting industry standards in design, quality, and hygiene. As a model manufacturing enterprise, it delivers pioneering sleep solutions tailored to modern consumer needs. The company develops and manages a portfolio of sleep product brands that serve distinct segments of the market, addressing a wide range of consumer and business requirements. These brands include Media Strom, Stromatex, Zenius, and Sleep Dimmer. Athenian Mattress Industry is supported by a robust and continuously expanding distribution network, currently comprising approximately 400 retail points, 2,700 hotels, and multiple e-commerce platforms.
Role Purpose
As a
Senior Product Manager
for
Media Strom
, you will be responsible for leading product management projects and marketing product strategy.
Key Accountabilities
- The full go-to-market lifecycle for new sleep solutions—from insight to launch, to performance optimization.
- Development and execution of integrated marketing strategies.
- New product development, from planning to inter - departmental coordination, to in store implementation.
- Strategic commercial planning, including pricing, positioning, and promotional investments.
- Continuous analysis of category, competitor, and product performance.
- Effective analysis and presentation of strategies and metrics.
- Cross-functional collaboration with sales, operations and external partners.
- Leadership in driving results and elevating marketing maturity.
Skills Required
- Data driven instincts, see beyond vanity metrics, uncover insights forecast with precision and make data led decisions that drive profitable growth.
- P&L ownership, built business cases, defended budgets, and can tie every marketing activity to real revenue.
- Strategic clarity, assess market dynamics, seize growth opportunities, and shape product roadmaps that win.
- Creative leadership, brief agencies, shape stories, and steer 360° campaigns across TV, digital, influencer, and retail channels.
- Commercial fluency, speak the language of commerce.
- MSc or MBA in Marketing, Product management, or a related field is desired.
- Senior experience of 10+ years in marketing, brand & product management with a proven record in complex, cross-functional environments.
- Proficient in using software like MS Office, ERP, CRM and AI tools.
- Very good knowledge of English.
