Senior Product Manager

We are seeking an experienced and visionary Senior Product Manager to join our team and drive the development of innovative digital payment solutions.

Responsibilities

• Drive the design, implementation, and continuous optimization of payment solutions tailored to customer needs
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as IT, Marketing, Sales, and Operations to ensure seamless product implementation
• Analyze KPIs and user data to uncover optimization opportunities and elevate product performance
• Present strategic advisory services for new mandates and development opportunities while maintaining compliance with industry regulations
• Manage a portfolio of client programs and projects, overseeing the deployment of complex payment solutions
• Plan and execute projects in line with business priorities, budgets, and timelines
• Build stakeholder communication strategies with defined accountability frameworks
• Facilitate project accounting and financial reporting processes for clients to maintain business integrity
• Lead risk identification, mitigation, and contingency planning activities during project execution
• Prioritize high-value opportunities to enhance client business levels through innovative payment products and services
• Monitor key transactional metrics and data integrity, delivering optimization plans tailored to client needs

Requirements

• 3 years of experience in product management or related roles with a specialized focus on the payments industry
• Deep knowledge of payment systems, technologies, and workflows, including payment gateways, card solutions, and wallets
• Experience navigating industry-specific regulations such as EMV and ep2
• Proven skills in data collection and analysis to support data-driven decision-making
• Payments processes and Lifecycle knowledge
• Strong ability to communicate complex concepts clearly to diverse stakeholders, including senior management
• Demonstrated success in managing large-scale software or technology-focused implementation projects
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and similar tools to facilitate business planning and analytics
• Fluency in Greek and English to support cross-regional collaboration

Nice to have

• Background in managing projects aligned with transaction processing or issuing/acquiring operations
• Familiarity with risk and compliance mandates, including initiatives such as Click to Pay and Secure Card on File (SCOF)
• Project management certifications like PMP or Prince2 to enhance delivery methodologies
• Expertise in advising clients on innovative digital payment strategies while staying ahead of emerging trends
