Operations & Performance Manager

The ideal candidate is a highly organized professional with a hands-on mindset, capable of managing daily operations, optimizing internal processes, and driving team performance across multiple departments.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee and coordinate the day-to-day operations of the company to ensure efficiency and alignment with business goals.
  • Establish and maintain business standards for productivity, quality, and performance.
  • Supervise, coach, and evaluate team members to promote professional development and ensure accountability.
  • Set clear KPIs and performance targets for departments and individuals, monitoring progress through regular reviews.
  • Develop and implement systems to measure and improve team efficiency, communication, and workflow.
  • Collaborate with department leads to identify bottlenecks and implement process improvements.
  • Conduct performance appraisals and lead training or upskilling initiatives.
  • Manage and track departmental budgets, ensuring resources are aligned with company objectives.
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
  • Support senior management with strategic planning, reporting, and operational insights.
  • Foster a positive, collaborative, and growth-oriented company culture.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in operations, project, or performance management.
  • Proven experience in team leadership, coaching, and performance evaluation.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with a results-oriented mindset.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and project management tools (e.g. Asana, Trello, or Monday).
  • Solid understanding of business processes and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (Master's degree is a plus).
